Due to the social distancing measures in place at Institut Néel, we won't be able to welcome everybody in person in our seminar rooms. Our current option is the following: - All presentations will be streamed online using a videoconference software. The laboratory has acquired the necessary hardware equipments. - Invited and selected speakers are kindly invited to come to Grenoble if they want to. All the necessary sanitary measures will be taken here to protect the participants. - Participants will be welcomed in person in the limits of ~50-60 people. We stay committed to organise a successful event in Grenoble and we are really sorry about those inconveniences. We wish to thank you again for your participation, in person or on-line.
On behalf of the organising committee of the annual meeting of the French "optomechanical society" in Grenoble the 8th and 9th of October 2020, I would like to give you some update on the situation. We would like to be optimistic and we still plan to hold the meeting as scheduled. The registration are now opened. This decision is of course subject to changes depending on the sanitary conditions and the state/CNRS guidelines. We will keep you updated in any cases. We would like to thank you and wish to see you well in Grenoble.
