COVID 19 Measures
After careful considerationwe decided to organise the GDR MécaQ 2020 days entirely by videoconference. We have done our utmost to find alternative solutions but the current health situation and the prefectural directives unfortunately prevent us from welcoming you on site.
The event will be organised over one day the 9th of Ocotber 2020 in order to maintain everyone's attention and encourage direct exchanges between speakers and participants. To this end, we prefer live presentations, which will also be recorded (with the speakers' agreement) and made available online after the conference. We will be using the Big Blue Button tool (https://bigbluebutton.org/) as well as our local server capable of hosting more than 200 simultaneous connections.
Live tests will be performed few days before the events to assess the quality of the connections.
